Terms and Conditions

Payments by the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
A deposit of 25% of the booking total is required at time of booking. Full booking balance must be paid 42 days before arrival.
Deposited funds will be refunded if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival no refund is given.
In the event of a no show the full cost of the booking will be charged.
We advise all guests to have comprehensive travel insurance.

Arrivals and departures

You are able to access the cottage from 4 pm.

We will provide all information prior to arrival so that you can quickly make yourselves at home.

We ask you to vacate by 10 am on the day of departure.

Cottage rules

We are unable to accept pets at this time, sorry.

There is no smoking in any building.

We ask guests to leave the cottage clean and tidy on departure. Property left in a dirty or inappropriate manner may result in additional cleaning charges.

Please inform us of any damages prior to departure. We reserve the right to charge for any damages and losses in full.
